Cancellation Policy

At the Embassy Books Corporate Portal, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel part of your order or a complete order. Therefore, we offer this cancellation policy for your convenience.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours, as long as the order has not already been processed for shipment. To cancel your order, simply log in to your account, go the “My Orders” section and select the order you wish to cancel. Once selected, click on the cancel option on the upper right side of your order details.

You may also click on "Raise a Ticket" to select the order and have our customer service team assist you in the cancellation. You may also connect with our customer service team on : customerservice@embassybooks.in. It is strongy advised that you use your registered email id for communication and quote your order number in the email so we can assist you faster.

If you cancel your order within the specified time period, we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) to your original form of payment.

In case your order has already been despatched to you, we can cancel your order and refund the amount once the product is returned back to Embassy Books. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and if your product has a shipping component, the same will be deducted from your refund. This does not apply to products that fall under “free shipping”.

Refund Policy.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from our online book portal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy for any book that is damaged or incorrect, or that you wish to cancel before the order is despatched.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must packed in a fashion that can be picked up by a courier.

We do not offer refunds for the following items:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Ebooks that have been downloaded.
  • Products that have been marked or written into

Refund process To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@embassybooks.in with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Contact information

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the status of your refund within 7 business days. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you have any questions about the refund process, please contact our customer support team.

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this portal, and the date of the last update will be indicated on this page.
